They are very customer service oriented and we consider them an expansion of the City of Vista information Technology team.

During the implementation of our VIOP phone system (a major project that covered the main City Hall campus and all remote sites) these employees were instrumental in developing and adhering to a wiring plan that brought the implementation in on time. The preparation, planning and perseverance they demonstrate in their work are highly admirable and should be emulated.

Lately, they assisted us in the rewiring of the server room which included moving the DS3 rack. The wiring is all neat and tidy and easy to trace and the room now looks professional and is a more productive location for everyone. In day to day activities we rely on your staff to assist in keeping our network up and available to both the employees and the citizens.
